Contacted the emergency service via WhatsApp, and didn't receive a message for over 6 hours.
When they finally got back to me I, Requested to cancel the booking and they cancelled and wouldn't offer a refund, when I attempted to cancel I was in the 24 hour window, they purposely waited until I was across the window before cancelling.
