“The car was at the hotel ahead of time and the driver text to say he was there, allowing us to get away a little early. The car was clean, tidy and comfortable. Thanks for the great service!”

“I hope this is for the trip on June 18: i received an email asking for an explanation why i gave rating of “1”, but in fact hadn’t submitted a rating?? The driver today (June 24 return trip) was also rated “5”. I do not intend to respond to additional queries.”
