“Driver was not there on arrival. I called the company who said he was parking the car. When driver arrived he said he was at terminal 2. We arrived at Terminal 5. Driver was very professional and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would use them again.”

“We had a good experience with our transfer from the Southamption cruise terminal to LHR. Our driver was wonderful. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience with us as we were delayed exiting our cruise ship. The only issue we had was the lack of a car seat provided for our toddler. We had requested a car seat with our booking and were reassured an appropriate car seat would be provided the morning of our transfer. However, when we met our driver there was no car seat in the car. We were advised to hold our toddler in our laps. Perhaps this is the norm in the UK, but it was jarring coming from the US where the law requires a car seat. Other than that, we had a great experience and would book with Airport Pickups London again if traveling without our child.”

“Our first time of using APL for a return Hearthrow pickup. They contacted me in advance of my trip to confirm how much luggage I would have. This reassured me that they had my booking. On the day of my trip, I was able to track my driver; this reduced the stress of waiting for pickup. The car was clean and smart as was the driver. Very smoth and safe ride. Return journey was just as good. We have found our new Airport transfer company, very happy.”
