“My go too for AC tools, although DPD did not leave the delivery in the designated spot (I have signage on my front door all delivers to be stored in the shed at the rear end of the property rather they left it literally outside my front door.”

“Charged £4000 all in Then on the day of insulation I was told I need to get a electrician To fit the wiring and switches Outside first . I got a friend in who owed Me a favor to come straightaway and do it Wich would have cost me £300. Then they’d loaned some scaffold boards To put along the roof of our extention And just left them up there for me to get them down. Then they cut the wire to short outside To the unit then they put a connector And a bit off insulation tape round it. My electrician friend came over and said that The insulation tape will get brittle over time. I spoke to the installer and he said he was Going to come over in the next couple weeks And take the scaffold boards down And replace the cable . In may…… we are now in October and still No show.. maybe he’s stuck in traffic. Wouldn’t want them to come back To do it now. Wouldn’t want them back to service it Or repair it. We would rather pay double Elsewhere.”
