“Really good service at a busy time of the year, received most items within a couple of days. Only downfall was no communication regarding the unit been delivered due to been ordered by AC one from Panasonic direct however I understand this can be hard when using manufacturers especially at a busy time hence still giving 5 stars. Will definitely use them again in the future, staff are helpful and friendly when you call them.”

“I placed an order for several items, but only part of my order has been delivered. The remaining items are still missing. I have tried repeatedly to contact your customer service by phone on numerous occasions, but each time I have only been met with an automated response and have been unable to speak to anyone. I have also sent multiple emails, yet I have received no reply whatsoever. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate response explaining the status of my missing items and either prompt delivery or a full refund for the undelivered products. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.”

“I recently purchased an Aqua Mini Plus 5th Generation condensate pump for my air conditioning system from Air Conditioning One, and I am very pleased with both the product and the service. The pump is excellent — very quiet, efficient, and works perfectly for removing condensate. It is also very easy to install using the standard wiring diagram provided in the instructions. Everything was clear, straightforward, and convenient, which made the installation quick and hassle-free. Delivery was extremely fast — the pump arrived the next day. Overall, I am very impressed with Air Conditioning One. Great product, excellent service, and very fast delivery. Highly recommended.”

“Very expensive for bits of plastic. Have since found a manufacturer that does their own brand (same thing) for half the price. I won't be coming back for more at your price. Good part is speedy delivery.”

“They have a wide range of stock and good prices and they are absolutely spot on with their communication and delivery times, I still need a few bits and will be using them again shortly, I would highly recommend these guys”
