“This is a complete con. It isnt a airconditioner as falsely advertised. It even says so on the physical unit. As it really didnt cool i asked for a return as the advert says it has a 100% money back guarentee. The response was that i had to pay to return it to China at my own expense, very pricy, but they offered me a very small financial token to keep it. I didnt want to keep it as its simply not fit for purpose. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM LIKE I DID!”
