“Charged £4000 all in Then on the day of insulation I was told I need to get a electrician To fit the wiring and switches Outside first . I got a friend in who owed Me a favor to come straightaway and do it Wich would have cost me £300. Then they’d loaned some scaffold boards To put along the roof of our extention And just left them up there for me to get them down. Then they cut the wire to short outside To the unit then they put a connector And a bit off insulation tape round it. My electrician friend came over and said that The insulation tape will get brittle over time. I spoke to the installer and he said he was Going to come over in the next couple weeks And take the scaffold boards down And replace the cable . In may…… we are now in October and still No show.. maybe he’s stuck in traffic. Wouldn’t want them to come back To do it now. Wouldn’t want them back to service it Or repair it. We would rather pay double Elsewhere.”

“I paid extra on a Wednesday for a Saturday delivery it came on Thursday when I am at work and left on doorstep which is why I paid specifically for Saturday when I would be in so I’m not happy about that”

“Easy to order, prompt delivery. Unfortunately the oversized items ordered were scratched and one item had deep dents. These might have occurred during transit, I don’t know but the finish of these products should have been wrapped. The use case for this purchase was that these items were to be left architecturally exposed, but this unfortunately will not be possible.”

“Good company, but the last order was very poorly managed. One of the Items was not in stock. So the delivery dragged for over a month. No informatuon /updates provided.”

“I awaited the delivery of some unistrut expected weds 22nd May however it never came. Calling just before the long weekend, where I had plans to use the product, I was told it wasn't even packed. It arrived tues 28th, too late. Not impressed by this. I had no notification, however, they did say they would refund delivery/postage, which I have yet to see...”

“Ordered an item on Friday, for next business day delivery and expected it to arrive on Monday. I was delighted to see that DPD were excelling themselves and delivered the item on Saturday. However, my delight was short lived when upon opening the parcel I discovered the goods inside were for someone else. Alas, the label for my item had been put on the wrong parcel. AC One did respond quickly, on Monday morning and arranged pick-up of the parcel for the Tuesday. Was picked up, as arranged, BUT, as of Wednesday evening, I'm still waiting for my parcel. Perhaps on Thursday?”

“I bought three times from AC One and two times there was issue with delivery. Even if you pay for next day delivery there could be some problems. The team were kindly and solve this.”

“Quality product, delivered on time. Had to reorder as I have ordered the wrong size. Bit disappointing that it’s going to cost me £13+ to return when I am going to spend £200+ for the larger item ?!? Would have thought that as the delivery driver is dropping off at the same address he could have collected the return as well ?”

“Ordered 2x offset wrenches, got one offset and one straight. Not the best service 50% of order right. Felt it's not worth the time sending back, have better things to do.”

“if you order on friday and pay for 24 hour delivery don't expect it until Monday if your lucky or tuesday at best. £9.99 wasted”
