“Easy to order, prompt delivery. Unfortunately the oversized items ordered were scratched and one item had deep dents. These might have occurred during transit, I don’t know but the finish of these products should have been wrapped. The use case for this purchase was that these items were to be left architecturally exposed, but this unfortunately will not be possible.”

“I awaited the delivery of some unistrut expected weds 22nd May however it never came. Calling just before the long weekend, where I had plans to use the product, I was told it wasn't even packed. It arrived tues 28th, too late. Not impressed by this. I had no notification, however, they did say they would refund delivery/postage, which I have yet to see...”

“Ordered an item on Friday, for next business day delivery and expected it to arrive on Monday. I was delighted to see that DPD were excelling themselves and delivered the item on Saturday. However, my delight was short lived when upon opening the parcel I discovered the goods inside were for someone else. Alas, the label for my item had been put on the wrong parcel. AC One did respond quickly, on Monday morning and arranged pick-up of the parcel for the Tuesday. Was picked up, as arranged, BUT, as of Wednesday evening, I'm still waiting for my parcel. Perhaps on Thursday?”

“I bought three times from AC One and two times there was issue with delivery. Even if you pay for next day delivery there could be some problems. The team were kindly and solve this.”

“Quality product, delivered on time. Had to reorder as I have ordered the wrong size. Bit disappointing that it’s going to cost me £13+ to return when I am going to spend £200+ for the larger item ?!? Would have thought that as the delivery driver is dropping off at the same address he could have collected the return as well ?”
