“Very poor communication ordered a few time now may think twice about ordering again. One item didn’t get delivered with ordered and had to chase two weeks later to see if it was being delivered.”

“I placed an order for several items, but only part of my order has been delivered. The remaining items are still missing. I have tried repeatedly to contact your customer service by phone on numerous occasions, but each time I have only been met with an automated response and have been unable to speak to anyone. I have also sent multiple emails, yet I have received no reply whatsoever. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate response explaining the status of my missing items and either prompt delivery or a full refund for the undelivered products. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.”

“Paid for next day delivery, got it days later “, didn’t refund my next day delivery, when I got the package it was damaged on one of the coils of 30m which made it a much more difficult install, poor service”

“I'm very unhappy with my hydraulic bender. I recently started using it. The 3/8" copper pipe breaks when I bend it. I haven't tried other sizes yet, but I'm afraid it might be similar.”

“I placed an order on 12th of june after 9pm, paid £9 for next day delivery but didnt receive any email confirmation. So i called the following day to enquire about this and was told that since the order was placed after 9pm, it will now be sent on monday. I have an option to cancel the order and get it delivered on saturday if i pay £14.99 for saturday delivery. Your colleague also mentioned that i will get the money instantly following the cancellation of order then i can place an order for saturday. I didnt receive the refund till monday then i placed an order on monday again for tuesday delivery. Please train your colleagues on how the refund process works. Customers will not get their money straightaway.”

“Paid for saturday delivery however did not receive item until Tuesday. Nowhere on the website did it state that order had to be placed before a certain time. When i called to query the order on the Monday, the lady i spoke to was rude and dismissive of our concern regarding our missing parcel.”

“1 Some of the merchandise did not turn up I called up and found out there was a mistake and said it would be sorted. It has not been 2 returned to a product and bought a full kit paid still waiting for a refund for the product To date there has been no communication so obviously think you have forgotten about it”

“I’ve still yet to receive my items. DPD tracking states that they are still awaiting the parcel from yourselves. I’ve email twice with no response and I’ve now had an email asking to review my purchase. Very poor and disappointing.”

“Ordered for Next day delivery, item did not show up. (PAID EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND ORDERED WELL BEFORE THE CUT OFF.) Called for an update, and I was promised a call back with an investigation, and this never happened, been 5 days now, no call received. item arrived 3 Days late, by which time I had purchased elsewhere!”
