“The AC One website worked well for us. Prices were fair. Notifications were good.Delivery time was excellent all packaging was great The items box was well labeled and correct address. " But " (And this is not AC One's fault) Our hose item was delivered to the Wrong Street not our street. As luck happened the person whos address our parcel was inadvertantly delivered to actually brought it to our address and we thanked him. This was a Fault of the Carrier's delivery driver for DPD. We were waiting and looking out for the delivery as our Plumber wanted the hose to complete his work for us. DPD please instruct your Drivers to deliver in the correct street address.”

“Placed order was slightly delayed due to an item showing in stock that was not in stock actually. Called and had this resolved getting items shipped next day. Only shipped one item of three due to a warehouse error.”

“I paid extra on a Wednesday for a Saturday delivery it came on Thursday when I am at work and left on doorstep which is why I paid specifically for Saturday when I would be in so I’m not happy about that”
