“Placed order was slightly delayed due to an item showing in stock that was not in stock actually. Called and had this resolved getting items shipped next day. Only shipped one item of three due to a warehouse error.”

“Ordered on a Friday morning, paid for next day delivery and it arrived on a Wednesday! Because of this, the person that needed it on Tuesday didn't have the part, it arrived Wednesday. Even if I had ordered it Monday and paid for next day delivery, I'd expect it on the Tuesday. You ve ripped me off for extra delivery fee. I'll try my best not to use you again.”

“When I plugged it in and attached all the relevant hoses, I found the motor was poorly fitted and burnt out. I will be contacting you soon about a refund. I will say that I've used these pumps before and generally they are very good, could just be a dodgy unit.”
