I purchased an acrobat wheel rake listed as new on the website. When it turned up there was paint missing and grass fragments in nooks on the machine. Perhaps used for a demo? This was explained by the fact that the machines sit in a grass field before delivery. Not sure if I buy that but give benefit of the doubt. At least just give it a clean and perhaps touch up the paint before it heads out? There were also some parts missing which were dispatched fairly quickly. I raised these issues and was given a £50 credit. I appreciate the gesture but I was disappointed in the principle of supplying something that is shop soiled at best, described as “New”. I also asked if it might be possible to have a can of paint sent out to touch up the scratched areas, but heard nothing back except eventually this email asking me to leave a review, so here it is. I have previously dealt with Agri Linc as myself and on behalf of another business where I purchased a machine costing 5 figures. However I will be unlikely to consider them again. Perhaps it is a case of get what you pay for, but to me this machine wasn’t particularly cheap at £995 + VAT

Thank you for your review Adam, A case was raised for this when we were made aware of the issue, we apologised for the condition and this led to our website having an update to make customers aware that paintwork may be imperfect due to outside storage. An update was also given to explain that we were unable to provide any paint for touch-up and an agreement for a credit to be issued for £60 in compensation.
One of the products I received turned up damaged I’ve emailed to try and get it resolved and had no reply.

Thank you for your review, I can see you emailed on Friday the 1st of July and were responded to on the 5th by customer service. This issue should be resolved, with a delivery of a new item to yourselves, by the end of this week.
Im still waiting for my haybob tynes to turn up, some were orderd last year, wrong ones turned up so they said well send them to you,,,,,,,,,,,,,, summers comming !

Ordered a Bale spike and paid for 11/11/21 on 6 week lead time was told I would receive w/c 20/12/21. I have chased repeatedly to be told it was shipped but cant give me the tracking number. As of 08/01/22 still no bale spike. Communication has been very poor.

I feel I was told a few lies and fobbed off about delivery company,also I've had no confirmation about a refund for the bale wrap I didnt ever recieve.

Hi Robert, As discussed on the phone, unfortunately the third party courier we use for these deliveries has experienced some delays with their delivery service. I have contacted them and they assure me that they are doing their best to work their way through the backlog. I am monitoring this personally on a daily basis and I will update you as soon as I have any progress. I have requested a full refund for the carriage paid on your order by way of apology. purchased some ad-blue in February when I went to use it there is a date on top 25-11 20. emailed to check if it is out of date, no reply, emailed again asking for a reply. Nothing, won't use again or recommend.!!!

Hi Tony, I am very sorry for the lack of communication on this one. Could you call us on 01778 591225 to discuss, as we have not received any emails to this effect and would like to double check where they may have been going in case of technical errors? I can however confirm that the date on the ad-blue is a batch manufactured date, not a use by date, and they have a three year shelf life thereafter. Many thanks, The Customer Service Team
Since ordering my parts on Monday 28th September I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I paid delivery which was supposed to be 1 to 4 days. Apparently TNT are delivering it today (8th October). I am not holding my breath on that one. I need these parts to continue work on the farm so wonder when if ever they are going to arrive!!

I bought 3 different items only 1 item was as described upon delivery, telephoned and messaged them ti no avail, the price if the items were high but the description was what I wanted hence my decision to pay the high price but the item was not as described on the ebay auction site

I purchased a Portek crow scarer as we are having problems with crows and hung it up. It did absolutely nothing to scare the crows. They were quite happy to come right up to it and ignored it. I asked to return it but you refused as the box had been opened. I don't know how you expect it to be tried without opening the box. It is not fit for purpose. I tried to contact Portek but was ignored. It has been a totally negative experience.

Paid £7.50 for next day delivery and parts did not arrive and had no refund for carriage. When you only get one decent day of weather per month its not ideal to waiting for cultivation parts!
