“I have been buying Addison Ross picture frames for many years and particularly like the enamel frames that come in such a wide range of colours. Recently the strut came off the back of a frame that I purchased about 5-6 years ago. I emailed Addison Ross and they promptly replaced the entire frame free of charge. All of their products come with a lifetime guarantee! First class customer service from a first class company.”

“I used Addison Ross for the first time. I required a silver frame for a wedding present within a tight time frame. I called the company to ask if they could send it to me swiftly. The lady I spoke to was charming and guaranteed the ordered would be sent out immediately they received it. It was the week of Christmas so I appreciated it would be addition pressure but I got an email 24 hours later saying it was on its way. I was staggered at the efficiency as I received my order later that day. I would definitely recommend this company and will personally use them again”
