“Very disappointed. It came with damaged part and seemed used. There was sand and food on the toys.”

“The mud kitchen itself is great, but unfortunately lots of the parts were the wrong size and predrilled holes weren’t in the right places. We spaced out some of the wood to allow for the planks that weren’t big enough. It’s not ideal especially for the price we paid.”

Dear David, All of the stock here has extra added tape. This is to strengthen the carton to ensure this gets to you in one piece. From the image you have sent the box looks in good condition and taped as we do with all the products here. Kind Regards.

“The box was damaged from the bottom upon delivery and there are dents in the side panel of the car. I am very disappointed as I paid full price and would have expected better delivery service.”

“Not as happy as I thought I would be. The swing poles don’t fit into their metal holders as precisely as They should and because they don’t fit 100% when the children swing on it, it makes a lot of noise. Plus it wobbles because of that.”

Dear Maryum, The wood will not be a snug fit in the brackets as there will need to be some sort of gap as the wood is a natural product and will swell in wetter months and shrink in hot/dry months. The brackets need to allow for the change in the wood.

“Received on time. Disappointed that product was advertised as weighing 72 KG (therefore really solid and quality) but in fact was only 40 KG so almost half less wood weight than advertised.”

“I purchased the swing to be delivered directly to my daughter as a surprise for my grand daughter, so l haven't actually seen the swing for myself. However the swing was delivered, the box in which some of the parts was already broken open upon delivery so there was a possibility of some items missing. The wood was mouldy, but was cleaned up and all was assembled much to my granddaughters delight. It was a shame that there were these shortcomings as they took the shine off what was intended to be a little treat. The swing is swinging though.”

Dear Stephen, I confirm that the green mottling on the wood is caused by a reaction of the sap in the and the copper based treatment used. This is completely harmless and will weather off in time or can be washed off. We do have some further information regarding this on our website at the following link; https://www.plumplay.co.uk/about-our-wood. I can assure you this is not mould. With regards to missing as discussed via email if you can send images we can verify if you are missing any pieces and have this ressolved.

“was not happy with my purchase and to be told that the poles to the swing were ok was annoying,the cracks and splits were worse than the splits and cracks in the swing set that my granddaughter already has,and it's over 5 years old, maybe they do not affect the working of the swing but to me it would have looked like I had purchased a very old and worn swing, I will be looking elsewhere,maybe the treatment needs to be upgraded.”

“Delivery did not arrive on promised day, had to contact parcel service twice and was given incorrect information. When it did arrive, parcel was very dirty and damaged which was very dissappointing as birthday present for grandson.”

“only 3 out of the 4 boxes for the trampoline were delivered despite next day delivery being displayed all over the website. had to wait 2 days for the final box and to actually be able to put the trampoline up.”

“I ordered my item as it was listed as next day delivery but I had to wait 5 days for this to arrive (main Xmas gift for my son which arrived late Xmas eve) I am thank til it turned up and do appreciate it is a busy period. A warning would have been nice to inform there may be a delay! When we unpacked the item on Xmas day the box was beaten a bit and a wooden cover for play table was broken. As you can appreciate we couldn’t return the item or this would ruin the magic of Xmas.”

“Although order and delivery were good, the product came with no holes for the screws as we discovered 11 o clock Xmas eve trying to put together, was a nightmare but too late to return, so product was very poor.”
