“Pre ordered the toy for my grandson tried all over to get this last year I was a little anxious when pre ordering but it came within two weeks so we’ll done activity toys I am over the moon with the service and the toy”

“Very disappointed with product. Several pieces of main frame split when bolts/screws were tightened. Wood generally seemed of poor quality instructions were confusing”

“I ordered the step 2 up and down coaster, i couldn't find it anywhere else as the shop i had originally tried to order from were out of stock and couldn't tell me a restocking date, i then found it on this site for £10 cheaper and free next day delivery! it came the next day as promised, it hasn't been used as it's for my son's second birthday but I did set it up to check everything was there, couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely order from this site again.”

“Purchased the hot wheels car bed for my 2 year old son last week. Upon opening noticed one of the bed parts had a massive split all the way down the plastic, which probably wasn't helped by the fact there was one delivery driver who struggled to carry the heavy box. Called the website and they arranged for a collection and refund for the day after. Waited in all day and all night as the delivery service don't give any expected time. No one showed up to collect. As it's been the weekend now I've been stuck with a huge box with a broken bed I cannot use, and no refund as the store won't even begin to process my refund until the bed is back....which will be god knows when. I normally order from Argos however saw the bed for £30 less on here, I will be ordering from Argos not risking this again. Also the state the box was in was just awful, looks like it was a return. No packaging around frame or anything protecting it, just dumped in the box.”

“Order placed. Money taken out of my account 9 days ago and nothing. No confirmation of my purchase and no sign of the swing set I ordered. Waiting for a reply to my email. Not impressed at all given that my grand daughters birthday is in 4 days time.”

“Bought the kitchen for my Grandsons, they absolutely love it. Really sturdy with some great features. The light under the units doesn’t work but isn’t really a problem. Arrived quickly and easy to build. Would buy from this Company again.”
