“Very very disappointed with this go kart, £280 a total waste of money, my daughter got this in October for her 8th birthday and she is so disappointed with it, there is no tension on the pedals, so she pedals and she hardly moves, she cannot go up a slight hill whatsoever, we have had two go karts before with no issues she has outgrown, contacted the company for them to send to the manufacturers for them to say there is nothing wrong with it, clearly there is, I will not be buying again from this company unfortunately , the worst thing is we have a very upset little girl. Shame on the company.”

Dear David, All of the stock here has extra added tape. This is to strengthen the carton to ensure this gets to you in one piece. From the image you have sent the box looks in good condition and taped as we do with all the products here. Kind Regards.

“My order arrived very quickly although we live in the north of Scotland. There a number companies who charge a fortune for delivery to our address so thank you very much. I haven’t put the desk together yet as it is a Xmas gift but I’m sure it will be great.”

“I bought the toy after receiving an email to let me know the item I wanted was back in stock which was really good! Item arrived quickly and was notified of delivery time with options too. I did enquire about returning my item (since changed my mind!) but also that process would have been super easy thanks to the prompt replies from the seller. Really pleased”

“Ordered the step 2 luxe kitchen on pre order and as promised it arrived as soon as available came sooner than I expected. Not yet opened as it is for Christmas. The only kitchen I could find big enough for older children box very large. Children will love it.”
