“Delivered very promptly exactly as ordered. Slight criticism of packing of wellington boots. Legs were creased down front and back so that they did not stand open when unpacked making them more difficult to put on.”

“I ordered a pair of waterproof 'Rigger' boots for my gardening work. These were delivered very quickly. The price was very competitive. So fat the boots have remained warm and waterproof although I did spray them with a waterproof sealant as soon as they arrived. Very good service.”

“I ordered safety boots which came when stated that does not happen very often.the packaging was very good,but I have to say they are lots of room in them,a comment to state this might be helpful when picking sizes as o ordered size 7 but am wondering if I might have been better with a size 6 as no info given on web sight”

“Your automated "email service" does not match reality! Yesterday I received the following: Gisela, We have been advised by our carrier company Fedex, that delivery has now been attempted twice on this order, with nobody available to accept. Multiple cards have been left to advise. 08/07/2014 13:14 Delivery Attempted-Card Left 09/07/2014 13:58 Delivery Attempted-Card Left Fedex are awaiting contact from you to re-arrange the delivery. Please can you call Fedex on 0845 600 0068 quoting consignment number : 42202153921 asap to re-arrange If the goods are unable to be delivered Fedex will return to us, at which point we may be unable to offer a full refund due to the increased costs incurred. Regards Mark Nichols Ace Safetywear Fedex had attempted ONE delivery on the 8th, left an unreadable card. I called to re-schedule and was made felt like a nuisance because of the unreadable card details!!! - managed a re-delivery for today between 12:00 and 17:00 - no more precise time available... ... and now you ask me to rate your product/service before I even got it! FEDEDX DELIVERY DRIVER JUST CALLED MY MOBILE AND DELIVERD WITHIN 5 MINS!!! SPOOKY OR WHAT! THANKS”

“The Quality of the work clothing seems to be very good for the money paid. My only gripe is some of the sizes are a bit variable. I comfortably fit the 40" waist work trousers, but the 40" engineers bib and brace was hopelessly small! (B-click brand)”

“Hi, only one item was poor the rigger gloves, they fell apart on the second day first pair lasted two days, I know they are only cheap but the should last a couple of months. Hope you quality check the stitching on the gloves and make them stronger can't afford a new pair every two days Cheers”
