“Alot of extra payments, my reg was only 165 but end up paying 390 after all the buts and bots added on, other than that it was good”

“Communication wasn't the best, once you buy you buy a Reg plate, you do get conformation email, but I found that there was no mention of what happens next, how long it would take etc.”

“Found a suitable private plate for my parents anniversary, paid extra for plates which were expensive for what they are, they even put there advertisement on them without giving me a choice or incentive, being a person who has bought for the 1 st time, even paying extra for everything to be done for me, all I'll say is it's very expensive and I won't be doing it again.”

“All went well until delivery of the paperwork as I had paid extra for fast delivery it took 5 days to get to my house this was supposed to be 1st class!”

“I bought a new registration online and it all went very well. Processed quickly with comfirmation email and details changed on the DVLA web site within a couple of days. I then received an email from absolute reg about being able to purchase some plates with attachments to go on the car so thought why not with it saying 99% of customers getting them the next day. 6 days later and I’m still chasing up the order with the last conversation been that if they’ve not been sent they’ll be processsd and I should receive them in the next 2-3 working days. I’m not best pleased but I understand that things go wrong but to be kept up to date if there is an issue would be smashing rather than having to call and chase up.”

“I was happy with my purchase , but not with the communication, I ordered products on mon 20th may , I was told I'd receive an email with breakdown of payments, money was taken from my account on tues 21st may, rang to say hadn't received any emails, was told ring back on the weds if not received by then, I left it till fri 24th and the assistant sent it through, but looking at the email it said I'd purchased the products that day ? So I then had to wait until later on into the following week for them to be delivered, then wait again for certificate, so it took nearly 2 weeks from start to finish, in the meantime I rang and spoke to a female assistant who argued with me that I'd not ordered them till the 24th may but I 100% hadn't , as I said how could you have taken my £325 payment from me on the 21st ? , but as I said I'm pleased with my new plates , an apology wouldn't go amiss to be honest”

“quick easy and sorted everything out, only thing i will say is if you swap the reg yourself online you can put the plates on the day you recieve the certificate feel the 30 odd quid they charge is a scam as its free to do your self.”
