“Ordered a new registration for my husbands Christmas, quick and easy service however when I called recently to do transfer and order plates I got no confirmation by email or any correspondence to say order went through or when they would be dispatched. Didn’t find customer service very helpful. Still waiting on being dispatched and on paperwork. Told should have arrived by now but nothing yet. I wouldn’t use again. I got my own plates elsewhere and much better service.”

“Felt I wasn’t fully made aware of the process , I purchased for my daughter who hasn’t passed test so the no plate should have ideally been in my name as going on my car ,,so I had to pay£55 to transfer into my name feel little bit disappointed as it’s quite a lot for a quick service but happy with overall service .”

“Not really impressed . Paperwork went through without a hitch but number plates that were ordered and paid for were never delivered so extra cost involved to acquire new plates elsewhere.”

“Reasonable service, not as quick or straightforward as indicated. Had to change original choice as as infirmed was not available after I had ordered and paid ended up having to pay a lot more for another plate.”

“The purchase of the number plate the logbook changeover was excellent. But the supply of the numberplate was atrocious. After two months I ordered from amazon for half the price and received them in two days. I was lied to accused of giving an incorrect address charged for additional postage that was never refunded and have not to date received the plates. The gentleman that fronts your organization called Jake should be moved to a different department.”

“Whilst I didn’t order a new registration plate at the time, when I did I had to chase my order. It took almost 2 weeks from time of order. Also the info that was sent with my private registration wasn’t accurate. I had this verified after following up with Scottish Police Force.”

“Got number great. But did not realise on Web page you had to have number in persons name to put on their car, cost extra £55 to change, notice of this I did not see. That's why only 3 stars, but rest of process easy fast delivery of BOTH certificates was good”

“Quick and simple, expect when I made an error of not putting my second name down on the registration documents but I guess that’s my fault, still shouldn’t charge £54 plus VAT to put my second name down! When they could of done that easily! But overall not bad, and I’m happy with my plate! :)”
