“The whole process was easy and very quick I received the plates very quickly. There were clear instructions for sending the documents off and I was kept informed via email, at every stage. I received confirmation of the successful transfer within 2 days....excellent service, and highly recommended.”

“I bought a plate that was advertised as a 18th Birthday present for my son. They took the money and I had no other commutation other than your order is being processed. I chased after 2 weeks and was told it was being applied for through the DVLA another week went past with no communication, called again told the same as previously. Eventually after 3 half weeks I called again, finally got a call back to say the plate was now not available! This was now 9 days before my son’s birthday. I agree to buy another plate at a lower price. I did receive this plate and paper work and was told I would receive the refund within 7 days, I’m now 9 days later and not had any money back or call back as requested”
