“Pleased with the reg .bought and paid for over the phone ,heard nothing for over a week so phoned up,found out someone had written e mail down wrong,asked about plates I had ordered,told will be with me in a day or so,next day received confirmation that number had been transferred,no plates,plates arrived late Saturday,couldn't inform insurance company of change until Monday,Monday was going away on holiday so had to change plates when away as 7 days expired when car parked up - a lot of stress!”
