“For the price I've paid to get my plates and I have to send off the certificate to the DVLA to put them on my car as I was told you can't do it for me even though I was paying extra again, so after waiting i have to wait again which should be a simple service that you offer”

“Used in the past with no issues. This time while just looking online got badgered over the phone to purchase and ended up buying the wrong 1 after looking at several plates.cost me more than I wanted to pay as I had to pay a cancellation fee.the whole process has taken roughly 2 weeks!!! Made 1 phone to customer service,she sounded like she couldn't be bothered to speak to me and fobbed me off to an on line link. Will not be using again!!”

“I ordered front and back private licence plates, no one said that they wouldn't be gel and I wasn't given an option. Therefore, I assumed that what I was paying for were gel plates so I was very disappointed with them when they arrived. I called explaining, this was resolved with Absolute Reg sending me gel front and back plates, paying just the difference I would have paid if I had purchased the gel ones in the first place. For me this shows that Absolute Reg care about their customers, they care about their reputation and they about the experience their customers have when making a purchase with them. I am now very happy with my front and back personalised gel plates 😇”
