“I bought a plate on 01/06/2025 and I was then told it wasn't available. Poor communications. I purchased the next plate on 13/06/2025 and I still haven't received the retention certificate or V5 by 10/06/2025. I keep asking for replies to my messages, but get nothing back. I will not be using them again”

“Seamless purchase of private number plate, staff were very helpful when I contacted them. The plates arrived the following day. I requested the number plate be registered for the date of my sons birthday as this was a present, they arranged this for me. Very happy with my purchase and very impressed with the overall service.”
