“Everything was great until I purchased the reg and ordered plates only to be told by my husband that he was going to get the old style black and silver plates. I e mailed absolute reg within an hour of purchase and asked to cancel the plates as they were not needed, they replied and said the plates had already been processed. I purchased the plate late evening and they replied first thing the following morning so I’m sure they could have cancelled the plates. Wasted almost £40 on plates as they went straight in the bin 🤦‍♀️”
