“I am known for ticking wrong boxes on line. So in fear of getting things wrong when buying my registration plate, I called them. They were fantastic and talked me through it. I was only on the phone for ten minutes max. 10 days later the paperwork arrived. Once I get a fresh car,I will be calling them once again to sort everything else out.”

“Would not buy again. Not the cheapest. If I knew I had to snail mail my V5 in then I would not have proceeded. I did buy the plate and it came up that I had to mail in my V5 so I called to cancel but was told I had to pay £186. So I went ahead as I didn’t want to lose that much money. When I got the email that everything had been completed, I still had to call again for proof of transfer. Truly a hassle from start to finish. Very disappointing. Last company I bought a plate from was awesome from start to finish with no mailing in or phone calls.”
