“Recently bought a plate from here, the communication was very poor, I was given no information at all considering this was my first ever private reg so I was abit clueless, it’s like they didn’t want to help at all. And masie who was emailing me sounds like she needs to get a job she’s genuinely happy in because she was unhelpful to say the very least! Very poor customer service throughout and wouldn’t recommend”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Only hold up was the DVLA that took 6 weeks to send the documents through for my daughter s new car. Absolute Reg took a few hours to complete the transfer once they had received the documents. What more can you ask for and a would use them again without hesitation.”

“I paid for the documentation admin and for new number plates and assumed this wouldn’t take too long as it was estimated it would be sorted in 7days. I chased after 7 days and was told preowned plates take a bit longer, I chased after another couple of weeks and finally got the plates 25 days after I paid. DVLA had already changed my VRN so I don’t know how long I had illegally been driving on my old plates.”
