“Got number great. But did not realise on Web page you had to have number in persons name to put on their car, cost extra £55 to change, notice of this I did not see. That's why only 3 stars, but rest of process easy fast delivery of BOTH certificates was good”

“Quick and simple, expect when I made an error of not putting my second name down on the registration documents but I guess that’s my fault, still shouldn’t charge £54 plus VAT to put my second name down! When they could of done that easily! But overall not bad, and I’m happy with my plate! :)”

“Really pleased with my first purchase, the second one I used the phone transfer and was charged £47.99. I thought it was supposed to be £35(always read the extra small print).”

“They placed an extra charge on my bill for charity, without consulting me, this is not the right thing to do. I may not agree with their choice. I hope they stop this as some customers may feel embarrassed to request a refund.”

“While the process was great, they did add additional costs for the style of plates made (border and 3D letter), plus a donation to charity which I had not approved. When calling them to discuss they apologised and promised a refund for those items in the next 24 hours. Still chasing!”
