“I had got my number plate from here not long ago and I loved it, the only thing that I would ask more is a way of checking if your car is the right year for the plate.”

“Really pleased with my first purchase, the second one I used the phone transfer and was charged £47.99. I thought it was supposed to be £35(always read the extra small print).”

“They placed an extra charge on my bill for charity, without consulting me, this is not the right thing to do. I may not agree with their choice. I hope they stop this as some customers may feel embarrassed to request a refund.”

“While the process was great, they did add additional costs for the style of plates made (border and 3D letter), plus a donation to charity which I had not approved. When calling them to discuss they apologised and promised a refund for those items in the next 24 hours. Still chasing!”

“The ordering process online was very simple and quick and the reg and plates I ordered arrived quickly. When calling up for help with the transfer I struggled to get anyone to answer the phone and had to keep trying over a few days.”

“The quality of the plates are good, but to be honest the fastenings provided are adhesive pads, and not screws with plastic covers, which compared to other suppliers of registration plates, is rather disappointing !”

“Easy way to get a new registration for the car. Only down side was the overall cost. Ordered with the plates and was not asked about raised letters, boarder and charity donation. When I received my confirmation all those were on there but I had not been asked about any of them. They did refund the extras after I phoned back about them. Just a bit naughty as some people work on a budget and something like that could result in someone with a charge for being overdrawn.”

“For what I paid I don't think it was good service tbh as it was basically a letter that come through the post that I could of made better myself and the certificate was all creased too and this was supposed to be a gift”
