“Really helpful staff, understanding of an issue I had with their delivery partner which meant that they had to resend me a a new set of plates and V750 document, which they did very quickly. Shoutout to Jake S for staying with me through the process and props to him for being really prompt and clear with the status of my order! 5/5 customer service and good quality plates arrived”

“Wanted to pimp it up! 🤪😂🤣😝😎. Did it all over the phone, including transfer of reg, got discount aswell, (just £20 for transfer and that’s £60 cheaper the doing it direct with DVLA). Bought some Gary boy 4D plates with the company aswell. The young lady on the phone knew her stuff! Thanks. Excellent customer service. I checked if the car was on the tax site with the new reg and it was, just one day later, plus a confirmation email on the same day, plates arrived in 3 days. Top banana 🍌. All in 15 minutes. Great service.”

“Shortly after placing my order for the private registration, I reached out to cancel it and request a different one. However, the representative informed me that my order had already been processed. I wasn’t looking for a refund; I simply made an error and wanted to modify my order. I was quoted £181 to make any changes, which felt excessive. Honestly, I doubt it had been processed so quickly since it took several days for it to arrive afterwards. Overall, I was left feeling quite let down.”
