“Glad to have the reg plate at a reasonable price, although not sure about charging almost £200 to change one letter only 20 minutes after I placed the original order… also customer service / communication could be better. No notifications that it was out for delivery or that it was delivered.”

“Took ages and when chased with their customer service team they just said it takes 21days as per their terms which I don’t ever remember seeing. Maybe it should be clearer at the time of purchase and not hidden from the consumer. Saves everyone’s time.”
