“Purchase was fine but they insist paperwork has to be posted out, given the service from Royal Mail is shocking these days surely it can be sent electronically. I don’t suppose the service they offer at £44.95 has anything to do with it, but given it’s a simple process this is very excessive.”

“The whole process was easy to follow. From initially creating a wish list, then selecting and purchasing a personal reg through to the supply of physical plates followed by the handling of the change and frequent updates of progress with finally the notification of the completed change when the plates could be attached to my vehicle. All I had to do was place the order, supply an uploaded scan of my V5, wait for completion, affix the new plates and notify my insurance and toll and parking apps. I was a little concerned that the process would be complicated but Absolute reg made it very easy.”

“Still haven’t got my documents and had to chase them up. No tracking provided, it took over a week for plates to arrive and they’re branded which I wasn’t aware of.”

“i was very happy with the servise of absolute reg! up until my registrations transfer was complete and you did not forward on the ev948, meaning i now have to wait for the V5 documents before i can have new plates made. I feel you do this to try and minipulate people to buying the plates that have on offer, unfortunately those arent the style of plates i'm wanting. I just think it would of been very easy for you to send the ev948 on and would of made the whole experience much better for the me.”
