Hi, I ordered a hand dryer on Wednesday 10th April and sadly still have not received the product. DHL have sent me a delivery confirmation but nothing has arrived. ABIS have also confirmed the delivery but I have CCTV evidence that nothing has arrived or even attempted delivery. Please can you contact me and explain what the issue is on lreservices@outlook.com as this product is required for my work and is very important. Thank you

Heat doesn't turn on. The frame itself is satisfactory but I bought it because it claimed to heat Annoyingly the App doesn't work. Google says its got bug and try again after the owner has fixed the app. Can't give feedback either. When I tried no response . The impression is that the manufacturers are amateurs and don't care

Poor Service. On receipt of product which contained no instructions, I sent an email asking about how the string attachment was meant to be attached and what the 2 screws in the package were for. No response received and will haveto consider returning the product. No point marketing techy gadgets if you can't even get the basics right.

I've been buying abis projector home cinema packages for 8 years,I also have recommended there cinema packages to family and friends, I returned a projector on the 9th unopened unused and in time for a refund, still to this day I've no received a refund nor an email response, absolutely the worst service I've had of any company bar none, ombudsman asap.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of ABIS. I purchased a projector screen for a client which is no longer required. The item remains in its box, unopened and completly unused. They have refused a refund or a return based on the fact that their website states that screens cannot be returned. Ths message did not however show up at point of purchase. It was not brought to my attention when the product was in my basket. I was given no prior warning of this company policy, and as such I believe I .shod be able to return it and get a full refund. These items are not make as bespoke items. I have even offered to pay for the return courier. Who knows if their product is good? However their way of handling their paying customers is rude, arrogant and shoddy. I would not recommend them in any circumstance.

I will not be recommending your company or using your company ever again. I made a mistake with my original order which I have acknowledged. I wasn't asking for a refund. I am prepared to pay to send item back. I have asked for an exchange. But your not prepared to discuss this. All I get is the same response that projector screens are non-returnable.The screen is still in original packaging I opened the outer box realised my mistake and re-sealed it. I believe that I should be covered by the below legislation. However your email states this is not the case. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply if you are purchasing for home use in your own name with delivery to your home address. Should you wish to cancel your order please complete and return our Cancellation form. Your Customer service is very poor and I'm disappointed with the whole experience.

I received the item damaged, sent a message, along with pictures of the damaged item, haven't received any message back with any help or information about what to do, sent another email and still haven't received anything back, wouldn't recommend to anyone

They don’t care about the Comsumer Rights Act, helping the customer or doing what’s right. They admit to selling faulty projectors and have their “work arounds” ready to go. Refused refund and return. Had to go to bank to get my money back.

Extremely bad customer service. Never knew were my order was and after 3 days of delay someone called saying they were at my door waiting to deliver the parcel. ABIS never offered any compensation

Sorry to see you left negative feedback. There were two days of bank holidays last week Thursday and Friday. We don't do weekend or Bank holiday shipping.
If my opinion truly matters, since the 7 of April I have tried to sort out the problems I encountered with damaged goods. The exchanges have been only with computer-generated messages and are pretty frustrating. This has made me realise that trust in the good and the company was not possible.

This is the worst electric cloths airer. not heating up at all. Even after 24 hrs the cloths still wet, not even 30% dried. I would like to return, if that possible.

They sent a faulty projector that broke after 2 days, I have been trying to get the projector back for nearly a month, they don’t reply to e mails, they are just ignoring me.DO NOT BUY FROM ABIS ELECTRONICS! Poor customers service. AVOID. I’m just worry now that they won’t send me the repaired projector back now.

IT TOOK ME 4 MONTHS TO RECOVER MY MONEY, DIFFICULT TO BELIEVED THAT THEIR REVIEWS ARE REAL, CUSTOMER SERVICES HORRENDOUS, DO NOT SPEN YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO END TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, NOT FIT FOR ITS PURPOSE, EVEN THE ADDRESS IN THEIR WEBSITE ISN'T REAL, SO DOUBTVIOUS
