“Just installed the ABIS 4K projector and auto drop down 100” screen. This set up is unreal value. I’ve connected it to a sky mini box and also running a PS4. Just tried the screen mirror function from an iphone6 and it is absolutely perfect. This is installed in a new 6m x 4m shed and is perfect. The sound from the integrated speakers is fine although I did add a sound bar. Connection is straightforward. Delivery from the company to me in Northern Ireland was 48hr and was flawless. Would have no problem dealing again.”

“Received faulty item, been trying to contact them for 4 days. I just kept being told to send an email by their reception team still haven't heard back.”

“Got a faulty projector on arrival for Christmas, was advised with instructions to update firmware. After the update projector didn't work at all. They were stubborn about receipt, but when I got it they say that they will repair it, but will not say if it will cost me money or if it free of charge (warranty) and will only deliver it back to me at the repair store (totally different city). The website is a joke. All the reviews are made up 5 star AI reviews and if you put a review yourself they will not show it. The projector itself was noisy, measured 60 dB in idle 1 meter away. It's like watching TV with your someone vacuuming next to your ear. I seriously doubt it is even close to 6000 lumens, very dark brightness and can only watch if it's pitchblack outside.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of ABIS. I purchased a projector screen for a client which is no longer required. The item remains in its box, unopened and completly unused. They have refused a refund or a return based on the fact that their website states that screens cannot be returned. Ths message did not however show up at point of purchase. It was not brought to my attention when the product was in my basket. I was given no prior warning of this company policy, and as such I believe I .shod be able to return it and get a full refund. These items are not make as bespoke items. I have even offered to pay for the return courier. Who knows if their product is good? However their way of handling their paying customers is rude, arrogant and shoddy. I would not recommend them in any circumstance.”

“If my opinion truly matters, since the 7 of April I have tried to sort out the problems I encountered with damaged goods. The exchanges have been only with computer-generated messages and are pretty frustrating. This has made me realise that trust in the good and the company was not possible.”

“This is the worst electric cloths airer. not heating up at all. Even after 24 hrs the cloths still wet, not even 30% dried. I would like to return, if that possible.”

“I bought this after extensive research. It is by far the best option at an excellent price. The blackout back is essential for me. The white casing makes it very unobtrusive when retracted. The best thing- and rare option - is the metal hanging loops meaning you can just put hooks in your ceiling and very easily hang or remove it. I chose manual because our ceiling is low enough to pull it down easily and a motor always introduces an element of risk! It pulls down and retracts perfectly. It arrived extremely well packed. I saw many reviews for other - domestic - screens with complaints of dents and scratches. That would be pretty difficult to achieve with the ABIS packaging. I now have a cinema in my living room and I am very happy!”
