AVOID ABIS ELECTRONICS. Complete disregard for Consumer Rights Act 2015. Ignoring correspondence and refusing to engage regarding a warranty repair/replacement. DO NOT BUT THEIR PRODUCTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy. We do not accept returns of the products after the cooling off period. You have used your product over two months from the cooling off period. However, we have agreed to offer you a repair/replacement as required under the warranty. You have certainly not told the truth on your review. It is sad to see how a few people abuse the online platforms to get what they want.
Received faulty item, been trying to contact them for 4 days. I just kept being told to send an email by their reception team still haven't heard back.

Got a faulty projector on arrival for Christmas, was advised with instructions to update firmware. After the update projector didn't work at all. They were stubborn about receipt, but when I got it they say that they will repair it, but will not say if it will cost me money or if it free of charge (warranty) and will only deliver it back to me at the repair store (totally different city). The website is a joke. All the reviews are made up 5 star AI reviews and if you put a review yourself they will not show it. The projector itself was noisy, measured 60 dB in idle 1 meter away. It's like watching TV with your someone vacuuming next to your ear. I seriously doubt it is even close to 6000 lumens, very dark brightness and can only watch if it's pitchblack outside.

I bought 2 hand dryers, one stopped to work less in less than 4 days. I called customer service to understand what should i do, send back or they send an engineer to fix it. I called more than 7 times per 3 days, sent 3 emails and never got an answer. Always asking for me to wait that someone will contact me, what never happened. Still have no answer or problem fixed.

Dear Erico, We sent you multiple emails and left over 3 voicemails, we still had no reply. Your dryers returned to us all safe. After the dryers were received in our warehouse, one of our in-house engineers tested all your dryers carefully and found no fault at all. However, we do care about our clients. We have therefore sent you brand new replacements of the dryers regardless of the miss communications. You left this review while we were still dealing with your query without even giving us a chance of looking into this issue for you. A client usually leaves a review after completion of a service, it is slightly unfair of leaving a 1 star review for us while the issue was still pending. We were trying to get in touch with you unsuccessfully on each occasion and we still managed to solve your queries successfully. We tried contacting you again on numerous occasions either to help us understanding your reasons for your review, but again no reply from your side on each occasion.
