“Purchased the 100” electric screen. Deliver quick and flawless. The product is great build quality and easy to install, managed it onmy own. I’m blown away by the quality of the image from my projector on the new screen. Love it. Hope I don’t have any issues, but registering warranty was a doddle. I recommend this value for money product.”

“Hi, I ordered a hand dryer on Wednesday 10th April and sadly still have not received the product. DHL have sent me a delivery confirmation but nothing has arrived. ABIS have also confirmed the delivery but I have CCTV evidence that nothing has arrived or even attempted delivery. “I recently purchased a 120" Electric Projector Screen. However, my excitement was short-lived as I encountered an issue with the screen. It started curling in from the edges (both left and right), which significantly distorted the projected image. I hoped that letting it hang for a few days would rectify the issue, but unfortunately, it did not. I reached out to the seller, providing a detailed description of the problem and even attached a picture for clarity. However, my request for assistance was met with complete silence. The lack of response from the seller was disappointing, to say the least. As a customer, I expected a certain level of after-sales service, especially when the product delivered was not up to the mark. I am writing this review to share my experience and to make potential buyers aware of the product issue and the seller’s unresponsiveness. I hope no one else has to go through the same frustrating experience. /Larsoe”

“Ordering was easy, item arrived within days, well was packaged and the item is of top quality. Very happy with purchase and have recommended to friends.”

“The image quality is good, but after unfolding the screen there is an unpleasant smell of acrylic, which is very irritating to the eyes and nose. I tried opening the window and ventilating it, but it does not help, so I do not recommend purchasing this product.”

“Heat doesn't turn on. The frame itself is satisfactory but I bought it because it claimed to heat Annoyingly the App doesn't work. Google says its got bug and try again after the owner has fixed the app. Can't give feedback either. When I tried no response . The impression is that the manufacturers are amateurs and don't care”

“I'd seen the projector screen on Amazon but I tried to purchase on ABIS own website as I had a promotion code that I wanted to use for a discount of 10%. I couldnt get the order to go through so emailed Cust service who were quick to reply and advised me to purchase through Amazon and then message them when purchased and they'd refund the 10%. I did this and shortly after taking delivery of the projector screen they processed the refund true to their word so that was great. Very impressed with the screen quality for the price. The screen was really well packaged to protect from damage in transit. The screen is now installed and in use and we're happily having film nights. Thanks for a great service ABIS”

“Ordered the 84" motorised wall mount screen. Was delivered 2 working days later. Instructions to install were clear and easy to follow. Initial smell from the screen was a little strong but that has since worn off. Very happy with the product!”

“Poor Service. On receipt of product which contained no instructions, I sent an email asking about how the string attachment was meant to be attached and what the 2 screws in the package were for. No response received and will haveto consider returning the product. No point marketing techy gadgets if you can't even get the basics right.”
