“I decided to get rid of my Hyundai Getz after it had been sat on my drive a long time SORN'd and would no longer start. Abbey offered me the highest price for my car out of all the companies I got quotes for - so I was very happy with the price they offered and accepted it straight away on their website. After filling in the online form and accepting the quote they phoned me straight back within minutes to arrange collection. On the day of collection (today) the driver (Ricky) phoned to say he was on his way and would be about 15 minutes. My collection window was 8am-10am and they arrived at 8am so i was really happy about that as i did say earlier would be better for me - fantastic. Ricky was great throughout and got my car winched on to the back of his lorry as it still wouldn't start. Ricky then checked my driver's licence and my bank details so the money could be paid into my account. I'm really happy with the whole process from start to finish - it was really quick and easy, fantastic friendly and professional service throughout and the money was in my account within about 30 minutes which is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of scrapping their car - great top notch price paid that was significantly higher than my other quotes & great top notch service.”

“Absolutely brilliant service and communication from start to finish. After not getting responses from both national scrap dealers and those in Bristol, without much hope I decided to try Abbey Scrap cars. They gave what I thought was a very fair price for my vehicle and contacted me well within the stated timeframe to arrange collection of the car after I accepted the offer. I was given a choice of two collection slots and even the option of first or second pick up. The driver phoned me on the day of pick up to advise that he was leaving his first pick up and would arrive within around 15 minutes, which he did. He was helpful, friendly and polite. He advised me that the payment would be in my account within a few hours and that the transfer of ownership would also be done in a similar timeframe. Both were completed within that timeframe. Hopefully I won't have to scrap many cars in the future but if so I will ignore any dealers in Bristol or nationally that couldn't be bothered to return messages or respond to enquiry forms that I complted and go straight to Abbey Scrap Cars.”
