“They were absolutely brilliant: called me to arrange a collection time shortly after I submitted the form online and accepted the quote. I had to pop out during the time window and the collection guy called to say he was 10 minutes away while I was out, I explained I wasn't home yet and he kindly said he'd do his other collection and then come back to me. He still arrived a few minutes before I did but was very patient and got on with loading the car first. I showed my I.D and gave my account details for payment, which I received along with an email from the DVLA notifying me of scrap status all before he drove off. Overall very pleased with how they handled everything and cannot fault them one bit.”

“Easy to arrange Called when 15 mins away My car was difficult to remove from the drive but the collector did it with no issues Email to say scrapped arrived immediately along with payment. Very professional service, highly recommend.”
