“Sizing is a bit all over the place. Previously when returned orders not been given a refund. Had to chase this up on two occasions and was told they are very busy. The order each time was over £200. Not quite good enough. Then told to send proof of return to add to the insult. So basically if you cannot prove you have returned it - I'm not sure you would get your money back.”

“I ordered a few hijabs in basic colours and unfortunately the colours were not anything close to the shade. I returned them nearly 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. No confirmation that they have received the items and the refunds tend to take ages too!”
