“I am not happy as my order did not get delivered and was returned because they had right postcode but there was an error on the name of the street I have emailed several times with correct address and nw got email saying items out of stock as the items were sent out and all they had to do is return them to correct address Still waiting for someone to contact me very disappointed with the service..😡”

“Excellent delivery time frame and main thing the product was of a high quality, fitted well, looked and felt good on. The down side is the price which seems a little on the high side and stops me from ordering regularly. Furthermore returns need to be paid for which means I’m unable to order a few garments to try on for fit and suitability especially as online products often appear different in reality.”

“I paid for next day delivery but didn’t receive even after 2 days when I rang customer service they said they don’t have the size I ordered…. Like seriously 😐 how can you provide a tracking number if you don’t even have what I ordered… it was my first order for which I was really excited but unfortunately had a bad experience….”
