“Delivery did take longer than it should. Especially around Eid, Aab should work to deliver quicker. Unfortunately, the dress I chose in M was too large so I had to request an exchange to XS. Now I don’t think I’ll get the dress in time for Eid”

“Ordered a satin kaftan for Eid but received the wrong item. Contacted their customer service over and over again but no answer, they finally responded after 2 days to my query. I have had to source Eid outfit from elsewhere. The quality of customer service is appalling and very poor. Your customer service should match the high end prices that you charge people.”

We want to clarify that we did respond to your initial query on the same day you contacted us however, there was a delay in providing you with the returns label due to an exceptionally busy period leading up to Eid. We do state on our website that during peak periods, such as leading up to Eid, it may take up to three working days for us to respond to inquiries, we are truly sorry that this delay impacted your Eid preparations. “Beauiful and great material. Only thing is for some reason the tag is on the front (neckline area) which was a bit confusing. But other than that, love it. Arrived wildly fast too!”

“My size Small dress is huge and to return it I have to pay $39. The price I paid for the dress also doesn’t match the quality. I also ordered an abaya and again feel like the price does not match the quality of the fabric. I was very disappointed with Aab.”

“A perfect abaya for a casual everdayday look or can be dressed up easily, for a special occasion! The material is lovely, soft and breathable. The service was nothing far from exemplary. Customer service were very helpful, ordering and delivery was simple and swift. I will definitely be buying more from you, in the near future Insha'Allah 😊”

“I’m 5’4 and size 56 is a perfect fit, love the length. Material is sturdy and good quality. However, the color (I got the green) is nowhere nearly as vibrant as shown in the pictures. It’s much more muted.”

“The item is damaged, it has a hole in the back cuz of thread out. Looks like is being returned. It is an eid gift and I don’t have time to exchange or return it for refund”

“A beautiful elegant Kimono. The embroidery is intricate. The material itself is lovely and flowy. I can't eat to wear this for Eid and pair it with my black satin skirt and beige jumper with bows.”
