“Lovely clothes but actually very basic for the delay price. As an Islamic or modest range, I find it very disappointing that you don't do free delivery or even returns. You'd think with your extortionate prices for a basic top, free exchange or returns would be complimentary.”

Unfortunately our returns are not free at the moment however we do offer free shipping for orders over £100 and can also offer free shipping on all exchanges. You may also find our loyalty scheme of benefit as it gives us the opportunity to give back to our customers by offering discounts off their purchases. We are working on our pricing to try to provide a broader price range for all of our customers. In the meantime, we also offer sales and other promotions throughout the year. “Customer service very much poor and rude, when told them what happen and issue me return label, they refused as not our fault, due to coronavirus 30 days return policy, when explain to her, she again refused, I lost postage as well my free coupons. never going to buy online, only shop visit.”

“I can't say enough good things about Aab! MashAllah I love the different styles of abayas they release. The designs and fittings are beautiful. Some people may say Aab are expensive, however i strongly believe you get what you pay for. The embroidery work, the button detailing can't be faulted. I shop at Aab regularly, and I cant recommend then enough. Keep up the amazing work team!”
