“Service not good at all. Not 3-5 day delivery as stated. Its actually 3-5 day dispatch. You should make this clear because it effects how people order and which service they opt for. Such slow dispatch times for a product of this type is very much out of date by todays standards. DPD offer an excellent service, why wait such a long time to dispatch. Really doesn't make much sense at all.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention Domenic and we have investigated this matter and respond as follows. Your order was palced via the website on Monday 01.06.2020 at 21:28 and produced and despatched on Thursday 04.06.2020 at 11:39:53 for delivery to you on Friday 05.06.2020, 4 days after placing the order. We do also offer a next-day service, which if you needed the labels quickly for only another £2.67 ex VATyou could have had the labels delivered on Wednesday 03.06.2020 We apologise that you were expecting a faster delivery and for future orders if you require a fast delivery, please select the next-day delivery option.

“I informed the receptionist that I'd need the order for Thursday but it didn't arrive. The delivery company came by and left a card but I didn't hear them knocking or ringing the doorbell, so it's been delayed even further and has meant that i've had to miss my market stall day and about £200! I'm devestated. It's now due tomorrow!”

Thank you for the latest order of matt-white Polyethylene labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets Tania and we are sorry to learn that you missed the courier delivery, although that is hardly our fault and a two-star rating as a consequence seems somewhat harsh. Nevertheless we look forward to continuing to be os service to Dream Thyme whenever you require labels.

Thank you for the first order of matt-white paper labels Graham and we appreciate and understand your review. We have already changed our packaging to card wallets and boxes, but as your order was for a minimum order quantity of a stock-line it was already packed ready for picking and despatch. We apologise and assure you that the reamining plastic packaging will be replaced with card and we look forward to continuing to be of service when you next need labels.

Thank you for the latest order of high-gloss white paper labels Jim, which you placed at 18:39 on Monday 06.04.20 (therefore Tuesday 07.04.20) on a free 3-5 day working day delivery. Your order was despatched on Thursday 09.04.20 and despite the altered working arrangements because of the social -distancing required and the Easter public holidays, the courier company should deliver today Tuesday.
