“Not packed in a box, just in a plastic bag which is no good at all, had to use an Avery box, which is the correct way to package this sort of product!”

Thank you for the first order of matt-white paper labels Graham and we appreciate and understand your review. We have already changed our packaging to card wallets and boxes, but as your order was for a minimum order quantity of a stock-line it was already packed ready for picking and despatch. We apologise and assure you that the reamining plastic packaging will be replaced with card and we look forward to continuing to be of service when you next need labels.

“As of yet I haven’t received my parcel I’m expecting it to be delivered Tuesday Because of the bank holiday weekend and Royal Mail aren’t open Saturdays at the moment I imagine that’s the delay”

Your order was despatched on Thursday 09.04.20 and despite the altered working arrangements because of the social -distancing required and the Easter public holidays, the courier company should deliver today Tuesday.
