“I always use AA for my labels and never had problems. But this time, I got my labels on thinner paper without being asked. When I remove the tag from the sheet, it merely rolls up because of the thin paper. I want to be asked when you use a different paper as I ordered.”

“Good product, although prices are up and down ridiculously; but dreadfully let down by their IT department. Flash Player is integral to using their excellent Label Designer, and even though everyone has known for months or years that it was on the way out, they still haven't replaced it. It means I will need to find a new supplier of labels.”

Thank you for the latest order of printed product labels Stephen and for posting this review of your customer experience. We apologise for the time taken to reinstate the self-design tools on our website, but we can confirm that the work continues, with many improvements included in the new version. We understand that this does not help when you need labels now and our customer care team will be happy to discuss ways in which we can support you in the interim.
