“The labels are great. However, there was quite a bit of packaging with this order: the labels were in a cardboard folder, which was wrapped in plastic, which was inside a jiffy bag, which was in a plastic envelope, which was in a normal envelope. 5 layers of packaging.”

The biodegradable and recyclable cardboard folder and recyclabel shrink-wrap are our standard packaging and this is what the courier company collects from us at point of dispatch, but we take your concern seriously and the additional 3-layers of packaging does take some understanding, we will take this up with our account manager at Parcel Force and keep you informed of the outcome. “I always use AA for my labels and never had problems. But this time, I got my labels on thinner paper without being asked. When I remove the tag from the sheet, it merely rolls up because of the thin paper. I want to be asked when you use a different paper as I ordered.”
