“This is the first time I have used AA Labels and it won't be my last. Great, helpful service on the phone. Free sample to check printer compatibility posted the same day, a huge choice of labels in stock with next day delivery and reasonably priced, what more could you ask for?”

“Good customer service, not clear the steps to complete your tickets, open/close tickets and you've to ask for a VAT invoice after you've received the order”

“terrible refund policy, how easy was it to get a refund? impossible I wasn't offered one because I used two stickers off 1 reel of a pack of 3. I excepted my error in ordering the wrong reel but thought I would get refunded on the two I hadn't used. this was not your policy.”

Thank you for letting us know about this John and we apologise for the experience that you have had regarding this order, which we are looking into and understand that it can be difficult ordering label materials for thermal printers that operate in both direct and transfer printing modes. The matt-white paper labels would work perfectly well in your printer if you used the ribbon-transfer mode. We will get back to you regarding your order.

“While the labels are quite satisfactory, customer service failed to give a satisfactory answer to the question of printing labels. I was directed to the website, then templates. It is easy enough to download the appropriate template but impossible to type on it”

Thank you for the first order of plain, matt-white, paper labels, on A4 Dry Edge sheets, with a peelable adhesive John and we are sorry to learn of the difficulty you experienced working with the template. The Adobe PDF usually requires the correct software to be fully functional and the MS Word templates, have limitations, which is why we also offer the freedom to use our Label Design software on the website. With which you can create your labels, use our online image assets and also upload your files. When completed save it to your account and download it for home printing. If you need guidance on the use of this tool, please do not hesitate to contact the customer care team who will be happy to discuss your label design.
