Hello Cherine. Thank you for your recent order. I am sorry to hear that your printed labels with the information you had provided were not completely what you had hoped for. I can see that our team had shared the label template with you beforehand and had advised on the text size before sending you a soft proof. It is a good idea to cut out a paper template and try on your product to make sure that you are happy with the size.
