“Top class service, the website is easy to navigate with plenty of information, reasonable prices, shipping was on time (next day) as promised, and finally, the presentation of the packaging is extremely classy. All in all, very impressed, and would recommend aa labels to others.”

“The templates provided on the website & in design tool for the labels don’t align with the actual labels sheets that I received. Absolutely useless. Will not be buying again. Further to the customer team prompt response to a negative feedback: please do not lie, I have not received any email from yourselves and you not trying to resolve anything. I described the problem above, the cut out 50mm stickers AACA15 that I received do no align with either a pdf or word template provided on your website for that particulat product code. Either the lables I received are cut out incorectly or the tepmlates are wrong. Either way the stickers I ordered are useseless to me as I can’t print them aligned and I wasted my money, I’m expecting a refund for this!”

“Poor quality phone lines, every time I place an order it seems to take forever, every call takes 20 mins which is too long if you have limited phone lines in to the business. Also luckily I had the job delivered to me rather than direct to the customer as everything had aa labels splashed all over it so we had to undo all the packages and remove all the labels. When you supply to us you need plain packaging”

“It takes too long to receive the product. The delivery was not good. I ended up hand writing on cups :( customer service was not helpful.”
