“Ordered some custom labels due to the odd sized needed for an A5 arch-level file. friendly and helpful enough but they re having to investigate the printing template as it doesn't line up.”

“I found the AA labels website both professional and easy to use. I purchased larger off-the-shelf labels which in my experience were difficult to find but again AA Labels had a great choice available.”

“Print, price & professionism is always good Super long lead times though, if they could fix this they would be twice as busy I often use other company's when a 2 -3 week enquiry to delivery will not suffice”

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Taking into account the slight delay of one day in sending the soft proof, we took immediate action to speed up the process and sent out the order within our promised lead time. To ensure we uphold our commitment, we arranged for next-day delivery. Additionally, our agent had also communicated to you via email that the delivery would take 10 working days due to it being an embellishment order which is a longer process as we have to order a plate from our suppliers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we are working on how we can improve our lead times on embellishment orders going forward.
