Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. You approved the soft proof on 31-10-22 after 4 PM and we dispatched the order on 03-11-2022 which was the 3rd day after the approval of the soft proof which is within our timeframe. You selected Parcel Force courier services; however, there is a message on our website regarding the strikes of Royal Mail & Parcel Force which could affect delivery and cause delays. There was no delay from our end and we dispatched your order within the timeframe. We would still like to apologise for the inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.
