“I'd probably give them 4.5 out of five rather than the full 5, but 4 would be unfair. Most of the time definitely a 5 but a few issues. The premium papers wrinkle badly if they get damp, other similar papers from other suppliers don't. The price per label is set in quite wide bands and it is rather time comsuming to work out the price per label/ number of labels best value calculation. Delivery is always quick and the label sizes are always spot on...so 4.5 out of 5.”

Thank you for this very forthright review Carmen and the regular orders placed throughout the past five years. We are very sorry for the situation that has developed with this order and apologise if you feel that we are at fault. Our customer care team are working hard to ensure that the courier company and Spanish customs can resolve this and deliver the balance of your order. Our customer care team will continue to keep you informed and assist in every way possible. We hope that this experience will not detract from the many orders delivered without issue and look forward to continuing to be of service to Maison Karité, whenever you require labels.
