“AALabels has processed my orders perfectly for years: great choice of products, fast delivery, good support. But since the Brexit, AALabels is unable to ship outside UK. I'm still waiting for my labels ordered 3 weeks ago. If you are outside the UK, forget it.”

We are so sorry for the disruption and inconvenience caused, as a consequence of the courier company DPD clearing through the Netherlands and preventing you from reclaiming consumer tax on your orders Szaniszlo. We are informed that they intend to have a hub up and running in Belgium, early in 2022. In those countries where the courier company does currently have hubs, such as France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain etc. There is no disruption to our regular standard of service. We sincerely thank you for the patience exercised in trying to make this continue to work for you, but realise that at the end of the day, you have to do what is right for your business. Nonetheless, we hope that we might still be of service again, at some point in the future and thank you for your custom to date.

“No account managers or order forms, there was lots of miscommunication when tracking or placing orders. When placing a large order, difficult to track its progress. When receiving order confirmations difficult to track which product I’m ordering as there is no name corresponding to order. When ordering circular labels, at least one on the roll was off centred and not evenly spaced, with no time to reorder or rectify issue. When placing orders, you should have ‘high volume of orders, your order will be at the end of a queue’ when you have high volumes rather than asking customers to pay express fees to jump the queue when you specify 3-5 day delivery after order is processed which can take a few days.”
