Merci pour la dernière commande d'étiquettes produits imprimées Sylvie et de nous avoir fait part également de votre ressenti, concernant les difficultés rencontrées lors de la livraison de cette commande. Il n'est pas courant qu'il soit difficile pour les commandes expédiées de dédouaner en France et bien qu'il y ait eu des problèmes au début du BREXIT en janvier de cette année, le service normal a plus ou moins repris et la majorité des clients en La France est satisfaite du service de livraison reçu. Nous espérons vivement que vous ne laisserez pas cet incident influencer outre mesure votre décision d'utiliser les étiquettes AA et nous nous réjouissons de continuer à être au service de Tariette Provence, chaque fois que vous aurez besoin d'étiquettes. Thank you for the latest order for printed product labels Sylvie and for also making us aware of your feelings, regarding the difficulties experienced with delivery of this order. It is not a common occurence for it to be difficult for shipped orders to clear customs in France and although there were problems at the inception of BREXIT in January of this year, normal service has more, or less, resumed and the majority of customers in France are happy with the delivery service received. We very much hope that you will not let this incident overly influence your decision to use AA Labels and look forward to continuing to be of service to Tariette Provence, whenever you require labels.

“AA Labels have created a great and easy to navigate website to allow you to upload your artwork for print. I needed some large circle stickers, and the quality is great. I'll be honest and say that the colour isn't quite what I expected, it's come out quite dark. Its difficult as always to approve artwork on a computer screen. I can still use the stickers, but next time I will need to adjust the colour, and would benefit from a physical proof before approving for print. Great service though, fast and efficient, thank you.”

We are sorry to learn that you are slightely dissappointed with the colour density and we do offer a press-proof service in addition to the soft-proof, but that is for labels produced on rolls, via a 6-colour press and not sheet-fed presses. “Good customer service. Terrible website. Lack filter options, better menu where I can find my way to the product. Now I select one type of product and its endless scrolling to find it. Easy re-order not clear and obvious. Too much information I have no need for. Pages seem cluttered with information. And lacking payment options by credit card without using the phone. All in all, happy with the service, and quality. Dissatisfied with the website (almost to the point where I do not want to use it, and thus choose to go through customer service creating extra work and effort)”

“The product quality is outstanding. But the shipping experience could be improved. As you only ship to the EU via the Netherlands, we have to pay Dutch import sales tax. We cannot claim this back because we are not VAT registered in the Netherlands. So for larger volumes it would be great if you could ship directly to the customer's country.”

Wir sind uns dieses Problems bei einem der von uns eingesetzten Kurierunternehmen bewusst und werden darüber informiert, dass DPD Anfang 2022 ein Programm zur Eröffnung von Hubs in den EU-Ländern starten wird, in denen es derzeit nicht vertreten ist, das dieses Problem lösen wird, aber Wir verstehen, dass dies keine sofortige Lösung ist. Das andere Kurierunternehmen Parcel Force erledigt jedoch Sendungen in Deutschland und über diese können Sie auch die auf die Bestellung gezahlte Verbrauchsteuer zurückfordern. Wir freuen uns, der Feral GmbH weiterhin zu Diensten zu sein, wenn Sie Etiketten benötigen. Thank you for the latest repeat order of printed labels Ivonne and for also taking the time to post this review of your customer experience. We are aware of this issue with one of the courier companies that we use and are informed that early in 2022 DPD will commence a program of hub openings in those EU countries, in which they are not currently present, which will solve this problem, but we understand that this in not an immediate solution. However the other courier company Parcel Force does clear shipments in Germany and via this you can also reclaim the consumer tax paid on the order, We look forward to continuing to be of service to Feral GmbH, whenever you require labels.
