“Constantly disappointed with AA Labels, but I have to use them because what I need is very specific and no one else does it. The usual issues are with delivery it’s almost always delayed and no one lets you know until you call/message them. I have to order waaay in advance to be safe and even then they struggle. They messed up a print delivery for me once and I was relying on it for deliveries which set me back quite a bit. Usually the product is good when it arrives and it’s always well packaged, so that’s something. Overall I need them but if there were alternative options, I’d go with someone else. I also never write bad reviews but I got an email and thought this might help.”

“Had problems with delivery and initially not a very helpful response I then got a very nice apologetic call from a lovely lady at AA labels. I really appreciated it - as a small business myself it’s so important to contact customers and just apologise if something’s gone wrong. Excellent labels and rapid despatch. just can’t recommend the delivery with Parcelforce which AA labels has promised to deal with.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Placed two orders with a deadline that AA Labels were made aware of. One order got completely missed and the other then arrived 6 weeks later and was sent to the wrong address despite AA Labels being put in direct contact with our manufacturing company. I was then told that I could pay the extra charge for them sending it to the wrong address! I paid to sort the problem out myself to then find that the labels had been printed incorrectly on the roll! Bad communication and main member of office staff clearly doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't have a proficient level of English or customer service to do their job well. Asked to speak with a manager on numerous occasions and emails were fielded and questions not answered. Would never use again. Very disappointed and cost my business a month of sales due to not receiving the labels on time.”

“I’m very happy with the labels and the choice that’s available, I find it such a shame though, that they arrived in a box taped up with plastic tape, packed out inside with plastic air bags and that the cardboard envelope the labels were in was shrink wrapped! There’s no need for all of this, it’s a flat pack of labels, not cut glass... please sort this out 💚”

Thank you for the latest order of plain matt-white paper labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets Lisa and for posting this review of your customer experience. As a company we have made progress with our environmental objectives and we earlier this year stopped the use of single-use plastics, replacing it with cardboard boxes and wallets for the packaging of sheet labels and the shrink-wrap used is recyclable. However the outer packaging required is determined by our couriers and we have not yet found one willing to accept our boxes and wallets without additional packaging, although we will keep searching. Please accept that as we are acredited with ISO 14001 that we genuinely are progressing toward the removal of all environmentally detrimental packaging and thank you for your observations. We look forward to continuing to be of service, whenever you require labels. We also operate a collection service if you have someone that could be passing around the time that you order labels, which would obviate the requirement for the outer packaging.

Veuillez accepter nos excuses pour ne pas avoir compris que vous aviez besoin d'un échantillon de matériel sur rouleaux et non sur une feuille A4. Notre équipe de service à la clientèle organise le renvoi de l'échantillon de polypropylène blanc brillant pour imprimantes à jet d'encre sur un rouleau afin que vous puissiez évaluer l'imprimabilité. Merci d'avoir porté ceci à notre attention. Please accept our apology for not understanding that you required sample material on a rolls and not an A4 sheet. Our customer care team are arranging to resend the the sample of gloss-white Polypropylene for inkjet printers on a roll so that you can assess the printability. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are also dissapointed and sorry Malgorzata, our customer care team worked diligently with you to express your printed labels so that you could meet your deadline, only to be let-down by the courier service in Ireland. Hopefully next time we can produce your labels and factor in the extra day dleivery required.
