“Easy to use website, so many options, it's like being a kid in a sweet shop. Customers services were very helpful in making sure I set up the file correctly and delivery was within a few days. I'm sure to be using them again in the future.”

“Labels were of good quality, however they are let down by the label design software. I couldn't get my sample labels to print correctly on the sheet and there is no option to tweek the margin settings like you can with Avery and Online Labels software. Also the fact that the quality of the label output is reduced down to 72dpi is a very poor decision. They are trying to have you buy their printing service to get good 200dpi quality prints.”

Thank you for this review Martin and we will always improve the DPI for you, but at the moment our self-design modules are undergoing maintenence to improve the customer experience and the new version will hopefully include the option to adjust the margin settings as well.

“Très dommage de n'avoir pu recevoir les échantillons de support au préalable, comme proposé par vos services et convenu. Mais une fois la commande passée, elle a été livrée rapidement ! Et le conseil par téléphone avant commande s'est avéré très bien pour mon application, donc je suis plutôt content du service. Petit bémol : le support papier (pelable) sent assez fort lors du passage à l'impression (chauffe) et l'odeur est un peu incommodante. La présence de COV (composés organiques volatils) n'est pas exclue, mais il est sans doute difficile de se passer d'hydrocarbures pour cette technologie. Exposition à des risques pour l'utilisateur ? Même si plus chronophage, la solution caséine doit être nettement plus bio ! :) Éternel dilemme entre temps à passer pour l'impression et respect de l'environnement. Mais pour vendre des produits bio, le sujet mérite réflexion.”
